Please note if mattress comes rolled up please open carefully and allow up to 24hours to take full shape. Please make sure you read this description properly and select the right size, as if opened it cant be rolled back up and return cost is high. We use national couriers to deliver our items, monday - friday (saturday service available on some items). The courier on some occasions will leave the item with a neighbour or a safe place.

Please provide a valid address, postcode and telephone number failure to do this may prevent your order from being delivered on time. All of our items are securely packaged up so the likelyhood of damage is highly unlikely, however in the event of damage you must notify us within 24 hours.

We may ask for photographic evidence to verify claims of damage. Please ensure you when purchasing rolled mattresses that you read the description and specification properly as these cannot be rolled back up so if you do wish to return the cost will expensive. We have found 9 out of 10 times we can solve the problem! Please note spring mattresses come rolled, they need a minimum of 48 hours to reach full depth. Due to the nature of the packaging fabric may have creases or folds.
