Your FOX & GRAY mattress is vacuum-packed using the latest technology for easy storage and transportation. Take care when unpacking your mattress to prevent any damage.

Be cautious when using sharp tools and keep all wrappings away from children's reach. As a consequence of the state-of-the-art air packing process, your mattress may have a slight odour initially. Don't worry; this is completely normal and non-toxic. We suggest that you give the mattress some time to air correctly before using it. Regularly air the mattress during its initial use to help disperse any odours.

Your mattress may take up to 48 hours to expand fully to its intended dimensions. Rotate and flip your mattress once a month to allow the foam and fillings to settle evenly. We suggest a 180-degree rotation. Take care when rotating to avoid damaging the foam at the edges. This mattress is suitable for all bed types.

If your mattress has a removable cover, the cover should be dry-cleaned. Avoid washing it in a machine or using a tumble dryer, as this could shrink and damage the cover. It helps protect against body perspiration, spills, and soiling. If you're new to sleeping on a Memory Foam Mattress, be prepared for a different experience than traditional mattresses. Give yourself time to adjust to the new sleeping surface and appreciate its benefits.
